Meet our Coaches

We enthusiastically run a Learner-Centered  club and are dedicated to all our students whether they train to compete, to keep fit or new skills just for fun.

Mr Shane Price

4th Dan Instructor
Shane holds 3 Blackbelts for Kickboxing, BJJ and Judo. Shane has competed in Karate and MMA and currently holds national, international and world titles in numerous martial arts, as well as running the club. Shane also has a bachelor degree in sports and exercise science.

Mr John Sharp

4th Dan Instructor
John has practiced martial arts for over 15 years, successfully competing in bjj, mma, kickboxing and karate on a national and international level as well as running the club. John has fitness and coaching qualifications, and has  worked in security and the prison services.

Mr Mike Williams

2nd Dan Instructor
Mike has practiced martial arts for over 10 years and as well as running the club, has successfully competed in Sport Karate comps at national and international level. Mike also has coaching & fitness industry qualifications as well as numerous professional teaching qualifications.

Mrs Caroline Hall

1st Degree Instructor
Caroline has practiced Martial Arts for 21 years where she gained her 1st Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing in 2013. Caroline is an advocate for promoting Martial Arts for Women and is also a C&G Accredited First Aid Trainer.

Mrs Winnie Bouyssou

1st Degree instructor
Winnie has practiced Martial Arts for 21 years where she gained her 1st Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing in 2013. With her extensive background in primary school teaching, Winnie advocates martial arts for children as a great way of developing confidence, discipline and gross motor skills.
