Our Team has a collected wealth of experience and knowledge that spans over 60 years. Our Instructors are fully insured and registered under the Welsh Kickboxing federation and WAKO - (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) advanced dbs, first aid and safeguarding children qualifications, sporting degrees, fitness industry qualifications and international tournament coaching.

Shane price
4th Dan Instructor
Shane holds 3 Blackbelts for Kickboxing, BJJ and Judo and has competed in Karate and MMA and currently holds national, international and world titles in numerous martial arts, as well as running the club. Shane also has a bachelor degree in sports and exercise science and is a registered WAKO GB Instructor and Competitor.
john sharp
4th Dan Instructor
John has practiced martial arts for over 17 years. He has successfully competing in bjj, mma, kickboxing and karate on a national and international level as well as running the club. John has fitness and coaching qualifications, has worked previously in security and is a registered WAKO GB Instructor.
mike williams
3rd Dan Instructor
Mike has practiced martial arts for over 14 years and as well as running the club, has successfully competed in Karate and Sport Karate competitions at national and international level. Mike also has professional teaching qualifications, is a fully qualified gym instructor with recognized fitness industry qualifications. Mike is a registered WAKO GB Instructor and Welsh Kickboxing Federation instructor, CIMSPA registered, NSPCC safeguarding children in sport and qualified first aider.

1st Dan Instructor
Caroline has been practicing Martial Arts for 25 years where she gained her 1st Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing in 2013. Caroline is an advocate for promoting Martial Arts for Women and is also a C&G accredited first aid trainer, with safety management qualifications as well as Mental Health & peadiatric first aid qualifications, and is a fully insured instructor under the Welsh Kickboxing Federation.
